REP. AYANNA PRESSLEY (D-MA): If we improve the conditions of children in a cage, they are still in a cage.

REP. ILHAN OMAR (D-MN): Right now the president is committing human rights abuses at the border, keeping children in cages and having human beings drinking out of toilets.

REP. ALEXANDRIA OCASIO-CORTEZ (D-NY): He can't look all Americans in the face and justify why this country is throwing them in cages.

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): We're not throwing them in cages. Why does she keep saying that? And we know the original set-up was President Obama's in 2011. Does she think we don't understand that?

Trump Border Patrol pick Mark Morgan backed putting children in cages: “Border Patrol actually did an incredible job” and “should be applauded”

On Fox, former Border Patrol chief says they don't use “cages,” just “chain link fence” for “safety and security”

Fox's Kilmeade absolves Kirstjen Nielsen of responsibility for family separation because DHS was “just going by the rules”
