LOU DOBBS (HOST): President Trump has delivered on all of his campaign promises to restore prosperity to the nation and to all Americans. A historic performance by any measure. But the radical Dems continue their efforts to subvert and overthrow this president. House Oversight Committee chair Adam Schiff releasing the first transcript from his secret closed-door hearings. Those transcripts of the former Ambassador to the Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch and former senior adviser to Secretary Mike Pompeo Michael McKinley were released. But our headline tonight is Adam Schiff apparently misread the transcripts of Ambassador Yovanovitch and senior adviser McKinley if he thought they supported his outrageous claims against President Trump. They, in fact, do not. Their testimony bolsters and vindicates the president.  In short, summations of those depositions today, the Dems tried desperately to paint both Yovanovitch and McKinley as scared of, and concerned about, President Trump. It seems though the left is covering up for the damaging truth.

...

When it came to the firing of Ambassador Yovanovitch, McKinley said this: Every president has the right to remove an ambassador they don't have confidence in, end quote. From what you see there, there is nothing mentioned about a quid pro quo, nothing about obstruction of justice. It makes you wonder what exactly Adam Schiff and the radical Dems were thinking when they released these scripts because they certainly bolstered the president's case and not their own.
