MARIA BARTIROMO (ANCHOR): By the way, we're still wondering about Kevin Warsh because last week a judge dismissed the Powell subpoenas, right? This is Judge James Boasberg, who has been an enemy and a hater of Trump for a long time. He dismissed all subpoenas against Jay Powell. The DOJ then appealed it — Judge Jeanine said she's going to appeal it, and then [Sen.] Thom Tillis said, "well, then my hold on Kevin Warsh stays."
I know that Kevin Warsh has been meeting with key members of the Senate Banking Committee, but we don't know when the confirmation hearing could be.
