CHRIS STIREWALT: When you have a president that says, if you gas people, we are gonna light you up. If you are a thug like Vladamir Putin, we are going to stand up to you. We're going to deal with it, we're going to -- his international policy will find purchase broadly, that's not just -- he doesn't have to think about his base only now. Now, maybe now, this is in one sense at least the pivot that we have always looked for in Donald Trump. Maybe now it's here.
