DANA PERINO (ANCHOR): I think this story is really, really important, and the fact that the bureaucracy is making it so difficult as well. If you are a renter and you need help it is very difficult to navigate. If you are a landlord and you need help you can't get there. Plus there are lots of complicating factors. You had Cori Bush, the congresswoman from St. Louis, she slept on the steps of the Capitol on behalf of the renters but, what about the mom and pop landlords? Who's going to sleep on the steps of the Capitol for them?
