LISA KENNEDY MONTGOMERY (CO-HOST): What they should be giving the past administration credit for is Operation Warp Speed, because if this were business as usual, and bureaucracy as usual, Ari, we would not have seen a vaccine probably for another two years. Your thoughts.

ARI FLEISCHER (FORMER WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY): Well, that's right. But the President as he talks about unity has not yet been able to bring himself to say those words, to thank Donald Trump and the Trump administration for what they did, certainly not Donald Trump by name.

You know CNN, again, this morning, as I was watching, they put on the screen two anonymous quotes saying that they have to start from scratch because no plan was left behind on how to get shots in people's arms and that this is hyar complete incompetence. Why are those anonymous quotes? Why are they empowering somebody inside Biden the administration to say those things? We don't know who those people are. It could be a political operative. And yet they give them anonymity to say that. And when you hear what the head of the CDC just said, one million shots a day? Just do basic math, that's 90 million in three months. Really, it's the same thing that the Biden administration says they're going to do but looks like the Trump administration left behind a plan to get it done.
