SEN. TOMMY TUBERVILLE (R-AL): So, you know, you brought up about the citizenship situation -- I've got a buddy that's been for 15 years a doctor down in Laredo, Texas. And every week, they have from across the border -- people from all over the world come sit at a Walmart in Laredo that are pregnant. They go and once they become into labor, they go into the hospital and they, you know, push these -- you know, give these babies citizenship to the United States for America. It's wrong. President -- I'm hoping that the Supreme Court steps up here in the near future.

CHARLIE KIRK (HOST): Yeah. I'm not too optimistic. I mean, I think a law can be passed where you can say that, hey, you're not allowed to enter as a foreign citizen if you're seven months or eight months pregnant, but that's just part of it. But it's just the most egregious example.

Again, it is a cottage industry sponsored by the Chinese Communist Party government for pregnant Chinese women to board airplanes to then come to San Francisco, come to LA, they get a birth certificate, they go back to China only then when they -- and by the way, as a full U.S. citizen, that Chinese kid can become an FBI agent, they can become a CIA agent, they could run for Congress, they could become president, they could become a senator. They are a full citizen of the United States even though they've never lived here.

And we don't treat our citizenship as valuable. We just give the citizenship to this Chinese person, even though they boarded the plane pregnant. That is what birthright citizenship has happened. That is paperwork Americans.
