CHARLIE KIRK (HOST): Now Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer has confirmed they are in discussions with the federal government about holding discussions. Maxwell is currently sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for sex trafficking, but is pursuing a claim that her trial was unfair. Since she is still contesting her own case, that may impact what she is ready to tell prosecutors. But maybe some kind of a deal could be reached for information. We will see.
Of course, Bondi has filed unsealed grand jury documents in this case, which is massive news. Joe Biden did not do that. President Donald Trump has authorized the DOJ to move to unseal the grand jury documents, and that is now gonna be in the hands of the Senate majority leader — not Senate majority. I'm sorry. Somebody said that — hands of the federal judge, someone sent me something about Senate majority leader. So I read that. The votes of the base, the voices of the base have been heard and continually are being heard in this way.
Now, look, this is why they're going straight to the source and why this is so powerful. If anybody actually has the information of what has happened around Jeffrey Epstein, it's not gonna be some James Comey-created file. It is going to be Ghislaine Maxwell. The GOP House Oversight committee has also approved a motion to issue a subpoena to Ghislaine Maxwell, potentially opening the floodgates into the government's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.
Here's what makes the Trump administration so much different than the Biden administration or the Obama administration or the Bush administration. You guys got fired up. We talked about this on our program, and they are listening to you. Is that Todd Blanche, Pam Bondi, President Trump, Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, JD Vance, President Trump himself. They are listening to you. They're moving to allow Ghislaine Maxwell to testify in front of congress. They're moving to unseal the grand jury testimony. They're moving to allow Ghislaine Maxwell to now be interviewed by Todd Blanche. And Todd Blanche — some say, oh, I don't trust Todd Blanche. Hold on. Not so fast, my friends. Todd Blanche was President Trump's lawyer during the Moscow show trial in New York. He stood by Donald Trump when almost every other lawyer was unwilling to represent president Donald Trump.
