Kilmeade: “Why can't you have a situation where as I enter the hospital, here is a birth certificate. And if there are two immigrants here that can't prove their immigration status, that would put the kid's citizenship in jeopardy.”

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): But here's the other thing, so for example, if you marry a woman from Argentina and you have to prove, they will take you into separate rooms in immigration -

LAWRENCE JONES (CO-HOST): 100%.

KILMEADE: And they'll say when did you meet? How did you meet? They're going to judge your relationship to see if this is an arranged marriage -

JONES: Correct.

KILMEADE: - in order to become a citizen. Why can't they also do that when you have - when it comes to giving birth? Why can't you have a situation where as I enter the hospital, here is the birth certificates. And if there are two immigrants here that can't prove their immigration status, that would put the kid's citizenship in jeopardy. Why can't we work out a system like that?
