LISA BOOTHE (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): I actually don't think that there needs to be a federal reform on police reform, I think if anything it should happen at the local level. And I think Jason Riley of The Wall Street Journal actually made -- articulated this case -- and everyone should look at this article -- where he makes the case that systemic racism does not exist among police in the country. And I think there is a false narrative brewing and everyone is so afraid to talk about it. What he states is upwards to 95% of black homicides in this country don't involve law enforcement.
What I think frightening is you have Americans and American companies endorsing the Black Lives Matter movement whose co-founder said that they're trained Marxist who in 2015 the DCCC was actually warning Democrats not to embrace saying that the organization is too radical, yet you see so many people cowering to this group that has roots in Marxism, which is so against what Americans stand for. And I don't understand why everyone is either too afraid or too dumb to realize what is blatantly obvious, which is you can unequivocally believe that Black lives matter in this country while unequivocally denouncing a Marxist organization who is employing violent tactics out in the street. And I don't understand why so many people aren't making that case or it's not being discussed.
BOOTHE: I think anyone who is rooted in radical beliefs should be called out and are disgusting, either way.
