BEN SHAPIRO (HOST): So, when it comes time for Republicans to pick, when we move forward as the Republican Party or as conservatives and when we look at who is the most effective, best candidate, the question is going to be who offers the most opportunities for the left to attack them while being ineffective in terms of policy? And right now that video that Trump put out, I think it's the – again, I think it's one of the single most damaging things I've ever seen a candidate do.
Maybe the single most damaging thing I've seen a candidate do because it directly underscores the problem with Trump in the first place, which is the pervasive unseriousness that has surrounded him since 2020, since he left office in early 2021 and lost the election in late 2020. There's a sense that he no longer cares about the priorities of his own party, he cares about his own priorities.
