DONNA BRAZILE (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): Joe Biden said he would not get in the mud, but if somebody's already tossing dirt at you, you've got to make sure it doesn't blind you to the real issues. We know that when the president was in Japan, and the murderous dictator of North Korea said that Joe Biden was a low IQ individual, that the president basically said, “Absolutely,” and he was on foreign soil. I'm not going to get into the insults --

HARRIS FAULKNER (ANCHOR): Well that's not what he said.

BRAZILE: But you know, the insults happen. That's part of the political playbook. Here's what I think Joe Biden needs to do in order to get those six electoral votes. He has to go out there, he has to go out there often. But he also has to remind people that he has a plan for the future, not just the past.

FAULKNER: Alright. We can revisit the words that were said by Kim Jong Un, a dictator, and the president another day. But you misquoted the president, let's move on.

BRAZILE: What did he say?

FAULKNER: Well, he didn't retweet or re-say what a dictator had said. Let's move on to the six electoral votes.
