We know that when the president was in Japan, and the murderous dictator of North Korea said that Joe Biden was a low IQ individual, that the president basically said, “Absolutely,” and he was on foreign soil. I'm not going to get into the insults --
HARRIS FAULKNER (ANCHOR): Well that's not what he said.
BRAZILE: But you know, the insults happen. That's part of the political playbook. Here's what I think Joe Biden needs to do in order to get those six electoral votes. He has to go out there, he has to go out there often. But he also has to remind people that he has a plan for the future, not just the past.
