STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): Meanwhile, down in Florida the legislature there is considering a ban on sanctuary cities, which would require local law enforcement to cooperate with ICE. And now here is a message from the ACLU and that is, hey, folks, don't go to Florida.

AINSLEY EARHARDT: They said, “BREAKING: We and partners have issued a travel advisory urging immigrants and people of color to use extreme caution when traveling in Florida. The state is on the verge of passing a draconian anti-immigrant bill which will endanger our communities.”

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): It has nothing to do with color, it has to do with legality and Florida wants a different policy than California, and that's it. For the ACLU to just sensationalize this and make the government seem bigoted, I think, is offensive.

EARHARDT: There's a Republican governor down there. It's one of the largest immigrant populations in our country, more than 700,000 people.
