CHRIS WILSON (FORMER TED CRUZ SPOKESMAN): He's the one person who does also know the truth, and if he's not concerned, then I think it's probably -- it becomes a nonstarter, because [Michael] Cohen can get out there and make all the charges he wants, but who's going to take him seriously now? 

MELISSA FRANCIS (CO-HOST): But, the truth about what? He says that the president directed him to [violate campaign finance laws]. If that's true, then that basically clears the president, because he used his own money in order to do this. Which, you're allowed to spend as much money on your campaign as you want
