From the November 29 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends:

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): Kris Paronto, who was a private contractor at that time, spent years in the military and co-authored a book on Benghazi. He says, “There are only two options when dealing with terrorists. Number one, you grab them, then you interrogate them until you get all the intelligence out of them, and then you throw them in Gitmo. Number two, you put them to death.” That's exactly what should be happening. We are so soft on international terror --

AINSLEY EARHARDT (CO-HOST): So you can't rehab them, you mean?

KILMEADE: We can't rehab them. We shouldn't put them in our prison. They should -- they don't belong with getting constitutional rights. The same thing with the bike path bomber. The same thing with the other guy we just found in Libya and then we brought back here. Again, we're putting them in civilian courts.

STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): It's just the way things are set up right now. If there'sany justice at all, and it looks like there isn't, he will wind up spending the rest of his life in a prison.

[...]

KILMEADE: We have a beautiful courtroom in Gitmo. Start giving these guys quick military trials. That's it.

DOOCY: And, I think the president would have to weigh in on that.
