TIM POOL (HOST): I believe with this ruling from the Supreme Court, it doesn't just allow late arriving ballots to be counted. It opens the door for everything under that interpretation, meaning states can now start making changes to their benefit in these Democrat areas. I believe that Democrats are likely going to have a tremendous victory at this point. One of the big reasons I believe the Republicans stood a chance at holding off the Democrats was Watson v. RNC. And thus, Trump impeachment likely if Democrats win the midterms, Wilbur Ross warns. They will absolutely impeach him. They will begin going after media personalities, independent individuals. We will see — you know, we saw this with, excuse me, with Steve Bannon going to jail with Peter Navarro. They are going to use lawfare to crush and destroy any and everyone. And maybe that's why Amy Coney Barrett ultimately said, f the United States, elections don't exist. Not just her. I mean, Roberts as well, but she wrote the opinion.

My recommendation is that Trump should suspend the USPS.
Well, he can do a bunch of things. Trump should just shutter USPS by executive order in the week of the election. Just do it.
There is no law that requires the post office to handle universal mail-in votes. There is a law allowing absentee ballots for overseas individuals and for members of the military and their family, not universal, which has fundamentally altered how elections actually happen.
So, Trump can actually just say, there's no law requiring me to have you do this. Just don't do it. Trump could actually say the post office shall not be participating in state elections. We don't do that. Do not handle mail-in votes. Absentee ballots are something totally different. Universal mail-in votes are when, say, California sends a ballot to every single house. Jersey does it too. A bunch of these blue states do. It's so they can cheat. Absentee is different. You got to request those, and you need specific reasons to do so. So Trump should just block. Just say no. We'll see what Trump is willing to do to win.
