Tim Pool discusses naturalized US citizens: “There are second class citizens”

TIM POOL (HOST): And, thus, 17 US citizens have been accused of immigration fraud, and they are going to have their citizenship revoked. This is a nuclear bomb. Liberals freak out far and wide. But my answer to you, good sir, is, Parker, what has Trump done? How about this? You see, immigration was the second biggest issue of the 2024 election. People were pissed. They were illicitly giving de facto status and citizenship to people who are breaking our laws. Enough. So now immigration fraud, the question is, check my watch, how long does Ilhan Omar have? She's been accused, quite a bit — I think even Trump outright stated she committed immigration fraud.
CBS News has the report the Trump administration launches largest ever effort to denaturalize US citizens accused of fraud and other crimes. I say, let's go. Cenk Uygur debated me. I don't know if debate is the right word, but he came on to discuss his run for the presidency back in '24. Actually, it was before then. And I said, you weren't born here. You can't be president. And he says, there's a constitutional problem there. Am I a citizen or am I not? And it is an interesting question. I put it like this. So some Chinese lady flies to Guam, gives birth, and then flies right back to China. That kid, 35 years later, born and bred in China, doesn't speak a lick of English, comes to the United States and says in a very broken English, I'm American. I run president. And I'm not trying to rag on Asians for the way they talk. I'm pointing out he didn't speak — it's necessary to the political analogy in that he doesn't speak English all that good and stuff like we do. So the point is this guy doesn't know America, doesn't care, he's a Chinese Communist Party member, but he has a legal right to run for president. Then you get someone like, you know, Dinesh D'Souza or whatever, who also was not born here, but clearly loves America more. You'd agree with him more than you would say a Chinese national. The question is, who's more deserving to run for president? Well, obviously, Dinesh is, but one might just conclude neither. We don't care. We don't care if you're conservative, liberal, otherwise, you're not born here, you can't run for office.
But now there's a big question because Cenk Uygur's point was, look, if I am a citizen, if I have passed all the tests, if I now hold that flag, why can't I be equal to everybody else? And that's the point. You're not, you never will be. The Constitution makes that clear. You want to get rid of the Constitution? Fine. You can amend it. And right now the question is for these US citizens that are no longer going to be citizens, were they ever really fully citizens?
Indeed they weren't, and this means there are second class citizens. And you know there's going to be a lot of arguments from liberals saying you can't have this, and they're going to sue to try and overturn this or — but it's clear. I'm sorry, guys. Look. The reality is this. The Supreme Court, their only conclusion can be the Constitution says you got to be born here to be president. That clearly delineates naturalized citizens versus naturally born citizens.
