CARLOS ACOSTA (HOST): Let’s go to the genesis of all this. When this began, there were three basic objectives. Number one, stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons. Number two, controlling long-range ballistic missiles. Number three, if possible, regime change. When one takes stock of the last 15 weeks, it seems that the missiles remain, because they have fired further than their immediate surroundings, they have fired a medium distance and it has worked. Second, the regime remains, and we have not at this point obtained the enriched uranium. This means that these 15 weeks have not been victorious.
ALBERTO SPECTOROWSKI (GUEST): No, absolutely not, absolutely not. There have been, as they say, tactical victories in the sense that much of the Iranian army has been destroyed, the Revolutionary Guard has been hit, and leaders have been killed, but strategically, let's say, the one taking the strategic lead without a doubt is Iran. It is determining what kinds of negotiations there will be, and what to concede or not concede, and they are not conceding anything.
