SEAN HANNITY (HOST): Conventional wisdom is Republicans are doomed this midterm. Maybe they are. Historical trends tend to go against the party in power. You're right. However, there's never been a moment in time that I can think of in my lifetime where a party has been this extreme, this radicalized, this unpopular as the Democratic Party, and I stand by my belief that whatever will define the outcome of the midterms this year has not happened yet. How does this issue with Iran ultimately play out?
If the president prevents the Iranians from getting a nuclear weapon, whether he does it the easy way or the hard way -- they did strike militarily again last night. We'll get to that. And the US launched, you know, strikes against Iranian boats and also the east coast of Iran, and it -- basically showing that President Trump has no problem even, quote, in the middle of negotiations to strike the Iranians at any moment. And, you know, we'll see how this plays out. I know for a lot of people, they want it to come to an end. I don't know.
