RUDY GIULIANI (HOST): I was sued today, at least I heard that I am going to be sued by Dominion Voting machines. And they're suing me for defamation because I said that their machines were used for screwing around with the election in 2020.

...

I would like you to know that everything that I said about them is supported by affidavits, documents, reports, and just about everything else you would need to show that you have a basis in fact for what you're saying. So I'm going to read to you from a report, this is not me, this is their report and it's the oh my goodness, yes this is the affidavit of a guy who worked, well the guy's is right now anonymous but he would come forward he's submitted this under oath and he basically says under oath that Dominion is one of the three major companies that tabulates votes in the United States. Dominion and Smartmatic did business together, the software, hardware, and system which allow multiple opportunity to collect, to corrupt the data and mask the process in a way that the average person cannot detect any fraud or manipulation.

...

Then his analysis of the 2020 election which seems to look like exactly the kind of fraud they had pulled in the past. Now that's just one. The other is the Anterim, Michigan forensics report which was accepted by a judge from Russell James Ramsland Junior.

...

If these guys want to go to trial, I'll just show them the videotape of the woman changing the votes back from Biden to Trump, Biden to Trump, Biden to Trump, Biden to Trump. I think that was in Coffee County, Georgia. We've got film of that.

...

Did you know that? That somebody gets -- In 80 percent of the cases, at least in the machines that we've looked at and albeit we've looked at about 20, every single one of them gets up around 80 percent where somebody else gets to interpret your vote. Now that's completely outrageous, completely outrageous. They shouldn't be able to interpret your vote. Nor should they be able to change a vote in the machine.

...

We've asked to see the rest of the machines in Michigan, stonewalled us forever. You tell me -- if those machines are clean why won't they let us conduct the same forensic examination which they claim was flawed but they haven't disputed nor can they dispute anything that I just said to you -- that 80 percent, 80 percent of the votes went into adjudications in this one little sample. These errors far exceed the ballot error rate by something, some ridiculously large number and these are the only machines that have actually been examined independently or as far as I know examined at all. There are some that are now being examined in other places.

...

This is the one report that exists and the one report that exists says simply that the machine can change votes, does change votes, changed 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden and that it's error rate was so far out of whack that it was a totally unreliable machine. Remember the company that's suing me was rejected, I think they're suing me, rejected by the state of Texas.
