Rudy Giuliani: Young people struggling economically are “privileged little shits” who need “somebody like my father to kick the shit out of them”
Giuliani: “Well who cares if they’re squeezing? Their grandparents felt the Depression and were pro-American. They don’t have anything like the Depression. They’re a bunch of privileged little shits.”

TED GOODMAN (PRODUCER): Look, some folks in this country of the younger generations are feeling the squeeze a little bit economically.
RUDY GIULIANI (HOST): Well who cares if they’re squeezing? Their grandparents felt the Depression and were pro-American.
GOODMAN: Yep, right.
GIULIANI: They don’t have anything like the Depression. They’re a bunch of privileged little shits.
GOODMAN: You’re right.
GIULIANI: What they really need is somebody like my father to kick the shit out of them.
GOODMAN: Right, so my point -- Yeah, right, that’s right and --
GIULIANI: If I ever said the things about America that they said, I wouldn’t get much of a chance to say it in my house. I can’t imagine, I can’t imagine what their parents are like.
GOODMAN: Right.
GIULIANI: Well they’re going to say -- a lot of those parents are going to say "oh well, I don’t know."
GOODMAN: It’s interesting, right, even -- now I got to credit my parents. I felt like they raised me the right way, I was expected to do chores, and, you know, work around the house.
GIULIANI: Yeah but they weren't a bunch of ex-hippies.
GOODMAN: Right, well, that’s also true.
GIULIANI: A lot of the parents of these kids, they’re a bunch of ex-hippies, they were smoking their marijuana and these assholes are smoking even stronger marijuana.
GOODMAN: Okay.
GIULIANI: Well we're going to take a short break.
