Newsmax host says Fani Willis, Jack Smith, and Alvin Bragg “should all be buried under the jail”

CARL HIGBIE (HOST): So Jay, how do you put somebody like Jack Smith in jail? I mean, let's be honest. I think Fani Willis, I think Jack Smith, I think the moron in New York, what's his name?
JESSE BINNALL (GUEST): Alvin Bragg.
HIGBIE: Yeah. Alvin Bragg and all his cabal. They should all be buried under the jail. However, let's start with Jack Smith. He's the head of the snake. How do you put them in jail? What's the path?
JAY TOWN (GUEST): Yeah. It's very tough because of the immunity that is afforded prosecutors. Now the Southern District of Florida does have a grand jury about the grand conspiracy. And look, if you lie to Congress, it doesn't matter if you have immunity. If you've lied to any investigator that has interviewed Jack Smith, you don't have immunity. And so I think that's the maybe the only way we can get him. But the accountability here, Jesse was also right about the damage that's been done to my beloved DOJ, the FBI especially.
