ROB SCHMITT (HOST): Alright. So there you have it. The president at game three last night with the Knicks up two to nothing in the series. The Spurs actually made it a series by stealing one in New York. As you heard, the president was booed during the national anthem when he was put on camera, and he just kinda grins it away as he salutes the nation, in a very blue city where I think he had a lot of supporters in the crowd, but who has the stones to cheer for the president when it's Donald Trump and you're sitting in New York City? So I think all the people that wanted to clap probably just cowered, and then the boos were as aggressive as they possibly could be. Here was the president after the game.

...

There you go. The president attended Knicks games his whole life. He's always sat low. He's always been a big fan. He's a true fan of the franchise, but the NBA has become political in recent years. We've all watched it happen. LeBron helping to bring in some toxicity that we didn't see when Jordan was the king of the NBA.

...

It's great entertainment. Lefties blaming the loss last night on Trump's attendance, of course. New York liberals enraged by this claiming he jinxed the team by attending the game. In reality, though, when you think about it, it wasn't him attending the game. It was all of the Democrat hype over him attending the game. That's what actually jinxed it, making it such a big deal, talking about it nonstop, saying that if we lose tonight, it's going to be because of Trump, you bring it to life. Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver, Dez Bryant, on X writing after the game, that's what you Knicks fans get for hating on the president. Here's how it sounded before the president attended the game. Take a listen.

...

So what's the real story here? The real story is that the Democrats wanted the Knicks to lose last night so that they could blame it on Donald Trump. And so they put all of that energy into it, and they got what they asked for. After the Knicks officially lost, you even had Stephen A. Smith and others blaming it on the president. Take a listen.
