Newsmax host on Hantavirus: “They are doing it all over again on purpose. COVID started in March 2020, impacted the November elections. Hantavirus started in May of 2026.”

Rob Finnerty: “perhaps voting measures in place before the midterms all over again because people are so afraid of Hanta, not Santa. They like Santa. They don't like Hanta. I don't care about Hanta.”

ROB FINNERTY (HOST): Tonight in I Report, I Decide, we all believe in Santa Claus, and the media now want us to believe in Hanna Claus, the Hantavirus. But think about it like this. Seriously, hit record on your TV, by the way. If somebody died after taking the COVID vaccine, was Jake Tapper inviting doctors on to ask about what was going on? No, he wasn't. When people started developing rogue autoimmune diseases after taking the COVID vaccines, was Jake Tapper inviting doctors on to ask about what was going on? No, he wasn't. When cases of myocarditis and pericarditis started showing up in teenagers and people in their 20s after taking the vaccine, was Jake Tapper inviting people on to ask about what was going on? No, he was not. But three people die on a cruise ship 5,000 miles away from a well known virus, and Jake Tapper opened his show like this today.

...

FINNERTY: And it doesn't matter. It's the same playbook from March 2020, the nonstop panic. So why do it? Why do it all again? Why scare people for no reason? There is a reason. The first, if people are scared about something, guess what? They are more likely to turn on the news to get the most up to date information, although Jake Tapper is not going to offer that.

But the other reason, we are just 175 days away from the midterm elections that Democrats absolutely have to win if they want to impeach Donald Trump. So they are doing it all over again on purpose. COVID started in March 2020, impacted the November elections. Hantavirus started in May of 2026. And because of COVID, remember, we had more drop boxes in place, more mail-in ballots, more days of voting than we've ever had before in American history. And then Joe Biden, this guy. He got 81 million votes. You believe that? And they want to do it all over again.

...

FINNERTY: Worst case scenarios and hope they don't come. Where have I heard that before? Cue 2020. That was the governor in New York today. And then you've got an official from the CDC telling the public that there are no guarantees in life.

...

FINNERTY: Oh, yeah. Willy nilly. There -- you know, there are no guarantees in life. You know, kind of ominous, but there are no guarantees. Then you've got a foreign reporter at the White House asking the president if he regrets pulling the US out of the World Health Organization after they completely botched the COVID pandemic objectively. This exchange happening yesterday. This was not 2020. This was yesterday.

...

FINNERTY: So, the exact same questions from six years ago and the same media coverage from the same people in some cases, Jake Tapper, the same blueprint. The goal, ratings, of course, this kind of thing is good for ratings, so is the Iran war. And perhaps voting measures in place before the midterms all over again because people are so afraid of Hanta, not Santa. They like Santa. They don't like Hanta. I don't care about Hanta.
