MEGYN KELLY (HOST): But the general take is that he hasn't been an attentive, loving, present, good father, and it seems like most of these kids feel that way about him. Are we to believe it? Or is this Hollywood publicists battling it out and one is just better at it than the other?
ADAM CAROLLA (GUEST): Well, first, I'd like to be on the record that if my dad roughed up my mom, but I still got to fly private, I would probably look the other way and just go on that Learjet, number one. I just want be straight with you, because, again, I'm not trying to win any popularity contest. Not a closed fist, obviously, but just a little, you know, 1950s style roughing up to Kris Carolla from Jim Carolla, but I got to fly private — I think I would sign off on that, and I'm pretty sure my sister would go along with it as well. So I just want to be upfront with you.
KELLY: Thank you for that disclosure.

CAROLLA: I think Angelina Jolie is nuts. I think she hates her dad.
KELLY: Yeah.
CAROLLA: I think when a woman hates her dad, she will oftentimes transfer that onto whatever male figure is closest to her. So if a woman really hates her dad, there is oftentimes going be a problem with the husband. It will be transferred. I'm sure Brad Pitt liked to get his drink on and said a few things and maybe did a few things in the relationship, as many relationships do — definitely have snags and bumps. But I think she's nuts, and I think she was trying to poison the kids or brainwash the kids.
