EMILY JASHINSKY (HOST): Going now to Teresa in Missouri. You're on the Megyn Kelly Wrap-Up Show, what's on your mind?

CALLER: Hi, I've got three quick things. I won't take long. I don't know anything about Spencer Pratt. I will have to research that and see what I think, but I would just be careful of anybody coming in now that just — because that you don't want another Mamdani, right? But I think Karen Bass, yeah, somebody needs to probably replace that.

But, anyway, with Trump and Iran, I honestly, like, I considered myself a big time MAGA at some point. I am now starting to go down a little bit — not that I don't care about Trump and his family and everything — but I hope that I'm not seeing things that I kind of think I'm seeing. I don't know if I am. But I wish that we would just get it over with and quit playing with it because I don't trust them, and I don't believe they're really going to do anything and I think we're wasting time.

Now is Trump 10 times smarter than me? Yes, a thousand times smarter. But I just feel like he let the maybe — I feel like he let me down as a voter because he said he was getting in and out, and we didn't. And I kind of had a problem with it at first, and then I said, okay, if we've got the nuke there, we need to do something, and I totally agree with this. But I'm — I just, I don't know right now. I'm kind of questioning everything, to be honest.

In the next election, I mean, I would love to see Rubio and Vance, love to. But I really feel like maybe what Trump's doing right now could hurt their chances of actually winning. And I think maybe anybody associated with Trump, I really feel like it may hurt them, as awful as that sounds because I — you know, I love Rubio and Vance together. But you know what? I'm probably going to go with DeSantis. I'm not gonna lie. I'm going to go with — I love what he does in Florida. If he makes it, I'm going to go with the little bit of an outsider, but that's who I'm going with. I will always have to go Republican for the mere fact of the abortion issue. I'm a very conservative Christian, and I have to go with that unless it's just a crazy Republican.

But I'm a little disappointed in Trump. I'm not going to lie. I know some other people that voted —

JASHINSKY: That's so interesting.

CALLER: It probably is, and I'm just, I don't know. It's just a different turn for me mentally, and I pray about it. But I just I don't know. I'll go with DeSantis next time, not going to lie. Well okay, that's all I've got to say.

JASHINSKY: No, it's super interesting. And, Teresa, let me ask, if you don't mind, I think the point that you just made is where a lot of people are or where a lot of people find themselves agreeing with is that he said he was gonna get in and out, and he didn't. So a couple of things based on that. This keeps dragging on, and then also it drags on despite him saying that it wouldn't. There are a couple of points there. Like, the worst taking a long time, and he said it wouldn't. So there's almost like a betrayal of the trust that a lot of voters like you put in him. Am I am I kind of explaining that right? Does that describe how you're feeling a bit?

CALLER: Absolutely, absolutely. And I feel like if that was a true statement of what was really going on and we needed to get in there, then I accepted it. First, I was like, no, we don't wanna do that. Then I'm like, okay, maybe we do. And then I listen, and I watch, and I'm thinking, okay. Let's get out. I mean, if we've got enough damage there I mean, this sounds — I'm pretty outspoken on this kind of thing, but I hope that he's just not going for the record books. Do you know what I mean? The like, I'm going to be in the history books. Well, he — I feel like he needs to think about his kids and grandkids and things like that, which I'm sure he is. But we got to get out of there because history tells us Iran's making no deals.

I didn't -- I don't really care what they sign because in my heart, they're still going to continue. This is not a good country. And so let's maybe attempt to go in there and bomb a few other things. Let's get out. And let's turn to America, and let's get our our gas prices back down, let's get food prices back down and things like that for just American people that he promised. That's how I feel.

JASHINSKY: Oh, Teresa, thank you so much for the call. I really appreciate it. We've been getting a lot of calls that sound like Teresa, where you sound like Teresa, many of you sound like Teresa. Now some of you still disagree really firmly and are still very much in Trump's camp on this war. But, you know, the show has kind of turned interestingly into a little bit of a support group over the last week.
