CARLOS ACOSTA (host): Then I have Trump saying two things: "I can fix Cuba whether the regime changes or not." Later, Trump said it was possible to reach a diplomatic deal with Cuba. Both were said on this date, May 19th at 12:30 noon and May 19th at 11:38 in the morning.

AGUSTIN ACOSTA (host): I simply have a message for President Trump: if he believes he can fix Cuba while leaving the regime in power, the president is either completely wrong or has started to lose his mind.

CARLOS: That's right. I believe if that was the literal translation of what the president said, I plainly agree with you. Above all because we have a secretary of state where if one defines the secretary of state, one says they are the head of diplomacy of the United States.

AGUSTIN: In Cuba there is nothing that can be fixed, absolutely nothing that can be fixed, while leaving the dictatorship in power. That is absolutely impossible. Impossible.
