MARK LEVIN (HOST): Seizing Gaza is not illegal, nor collective punishment. Mark Goldfeder, director of the National Jewish Advocacy Center, he went on Twitter. And he took this issue on because you have these frauds, including the administration, saying that it is. And he says, no, it's not. And he gives several reasons for this.

He explained the distinction of the central feature of the "rules of war," so-called, is to prevent unnecessary casualties and protect innocent civilians. This is done through the application of tthree fundamental principles. Distinction, military, necessity, and proportionality. And what he means by that, is if Hamas is hiding at schools or they're wearing civilian outfits, there is no limit to what you can do because it's impossible to separate one from the other.
