From the August 31, 2022, edition of Fox News’ America Reports

JOHN ROBERTS (CO-ANCHOR): Here’s what President Trump said, again, on Truth Social, about that. He said, “Terrible the way the FBI, during the Raid of Mar-a-Lago, threw documents haphazardly all over the floor (perhaps pretending that it was me who did it!), and then started taking pictures of them for the public to see. Thought they wanted to keep them Secret? Lucky I declassified!”

This again brings up the conflict here over whether or not these documents were declassified by President Trump, or were not, and the Biden administration apparently rescinding any declassification that went on there. So, there’s a lot of he-said/he-said going on here, congressman, over whether or not these documents were legally in the possession of President Trump, or if they weren't.
