BRET BAIER (ANCHOR): A man who claimed to have a bomb in a pickup truck near the Capitol is in police custody tonight. Floyd Ray Roseberry of North Carolina surrendered to law enforcement after an hourslong standoff that prompted a massive police response and the evacuations of government buildings and businesses nearby. The 49-year-old's motive remains unknown. Police have not said whether an explosive was actually found in that vehicle.
