HUGH HEWITT (HOST): What I am doing right now is finishing the six-page letter that President Trump sent to Nancy Pelosi yesterday. It has taken the better part of an hour of radio, first and second segment, now the third segment, to finish it. I begin where I left off.

HEWITT: That's it -- took two-and-a-half segments to read to you. Why did I do that? Because it deserves to be in the record. I will be teaching this in con law as long as I teach. It is the summit of Article II and Article I conflict. It is the perfect expression of disdain for the latter, for the former. And it comes at a moment of history. Don't read other people's takes on it. Read it for yourself. I had to hunt around for it, because when I went to The New York Times and Washington Post -- surprise -- they did not put the actual text headlined at the top. I had to hunt around, over to WhiteHouse.gov, and found it there. What do you think of it? I'd love to know.
