MAHA

MAHA

“MAHA,” or “Make America Healthy Again,” is a political movement headed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. A riff on Donald Trump's “Make America Great Again,” MAHA calls for reforms in food, health, and agricultural industries. When Kennedy was appointed the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, “MAHA” also began to be used to refer to the Trump administration's federal public health policy. MAHA has been controversial due to its association with pseudoscience and anti-vaccine bias by many of its prominent proponents.
