In various appearances on right-wing media, Solomon has claimed the Trump administration is planning on starting a declassification project which he named “Hypersonic Clarity,” saying on April 16, “We're going to get a level of transparency and a release of declassification of documents unparalleled in American history.”

According to Solomon, the released documents will “help this prosecutorial team in Miami” working on the Trump administration's "grand conspiracy" case, which The New York Times calls part of Trump's “wide-ranging retribution campaign."

Speaking to MAGA podcaster Benny Johnson, Solomon claimed, “I do think there will be some accountability,” but he added, “There will never be enough for what we went through the last 12 years."

On the same day, Solomon appeared on Steve Bannon's War Room to claim again that Trump will start his so-called “Operation Hypersonic Clarity” to “get everything declassified quickly” in order to seek indictments for former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey in the Miami grand conspiracy case. 

Solomon also mentioned that he thinks there will be “a request to expunge President Trump's impeachment from the congressional record” because of the supposed conspiracy against him, which Solomon has also pushed for on his Just the News website.

Last November, Solomon complained that the Department of Justice was not doing enough to “reprioritize weaponization” investigations, telling Bannon, “I'm really worried that Donald Trump doesn't have the team that can bring accountability at the Justice Department."

The New York Times reported that in his possible new White House role, Solomon would likely be working on declassifying documents related to Russiagate and the 2020 election, both subjects which the Trump DOJ is attempting to encompass in the grand conspiracy case. Solomon has spoken about each of these topics in interviews throughout the last year, alleging government corruption, weaponization, and criminal conspiracy by the Biden and Obama administrations.

After the announcement of the grand conspiracy case in July 2025, Solomon appeared on Fox News' Hannity to claim Trump was “investigated falsely for things like Russia collusion, Ukraine interference, his own documents at his home in Mar-a-Lago,” adding, “This is a criminal conspiracy." Per Media Matters' internal database, Solomon has appeared on Hannity at least 275 times since August 2017.

In a May 19 interview on Rumble podcast The Stephen Gardner Show, Solomon claimed, “We do know the FBI had grave suspicions that China was trying to rig the election, probably with help from people on the ground, to help Joe Biden specifically.” Then, citing documents that had been declassified at his request, Solomon suggested China manipulated the 2020 election using states' voter registration databases.

Speaking to Bannon on March 9, Solomon predicted the Trump DOJ would pursue investigations into Maricopa County, Arizona; Fulton County, Georgia; and other “blue states or blue areas of states” due to their “long history of irregularities and misconduct and quite frankly just incompetent election counting,” particularly in the 2020 and 2024 elections.

Beyond asserting disputed claims about Russiagate and election security, Solomon has also called for “accountability” against Democrats he claims wrongly prosecuted Trump and his allies:

• During an appearance on Fox News' Hannity in December, Solomon claimed released emails “show” the Biden administration pressured the FBI into conducting the raid on Trump's home in Mar-a-Lago, calling it “a potential Fourth Amendment violation of President Trump's civil liberties” that could result in “criminal charges.” [Fox News, Hannity, 12/16/25]
• In an interview with Bannon on May 7, Solomon claimed that “the accountability machine is starting to deliver results” by indicting the Southern Poverty Law Center and James Comey, and possibly John Brennan and New York Attorney General Letitia James. Solomon said, “The people that abused and weaponized the system are finally facing some form of accountability,” adding, “This isn't retribution. It isn't going after people just because they oppose Donald Trump. It's going after people because there's significant evidence of criminality and it's gone unpunished for a long time.” [Real America's Voice, War Room, 5/7/26]
• Following Trump's State of the Union address in February, Solomon told Bannon that “Donald Trump will have his army out in bundles in November” if the Justice Department delivers “accountability for the double jeopardy abuses of American civil liberties” as part of “a conspiracy to get Donald Trump.” [Real America’s Voice, War Room, 2/25/26]
• Discussing the Trump DOJ's grand conspiracy case, Solomon told Bannon, “If we don't punish the behavior that we now know exists out there in its most egregious form, the temptation to do this the next time Democrats are in power is going to be enormous. You are going to handicap the future of this country and destine it to be a banana republic because the Democrats got away with it this time.” Bannon earlier warned Solomon, “If we don't stick the landing on this — and what I mean landing, I mean some indictments, right? And some perp walks, you're going to lose 5-10% of the hardest core of the MAGA base.” [Real America's Voice, War Room, 8/4/25]

• Speaking with Bannon about the FBI's “Arctic Frost” investigation into the fake electors scheme to support Trump in the 2020 election, Solomon claimed, “I think some of the people who were part of Arctic Frost are going to get both congressional and grand jury subpoenas. People will be hauled before the court and forced to answer them." Solomon later added, “I think people could end up going to prison for this.” [Real America’s Voice, War Room, 10/30/25; CNN, 11/17/25]
• Following Comey's indictment by the Trump DOJ in September 2025, Solomon claimed, “I think other government officials are in danger of being indicted in the coming weeks,” adding, “This is the beginning of a large accountability round-up in government.” [Fox News, Hannity, 9/25/25]
• Speaking about the grand conspiracy case last July, Solomon claimed, “Maybe for the first time there's a serious effort to investigate this and to bring accountability all the way back from ‘16 all the way through ‘24.” Solomon also said the investigation will mean anyone Trump's DOJ claims was involved in the “continuous criminal conspiracy” will be treated “like a drug cartel or an organized crime organization like the mafia.” [Real America's Voice, War Room, 7/23/25]
