GREG KELLY (HOST): So President Trump is under a lot of pressure, but he can handle it, can't he? Now here's something that hit me hard today. The guys behind him, the guys in Congress, people -- you know, they're not limited to how long they can stay in office. President Trump is just two terms, right? And a lot of folks, they can't wait for Trump to exit the stage. They can't wait. It's fascinating to me that he's the only federally elected person who has term limits. Everybody in that room -- congressmen, senators, can stay literally forever. Ever. The chief justice, the associate justices, no term limits, just for the president of the United States. That's wrong. I know they passed an amendment to get -- it was because of FDR, but we should do away with that. It's putting us at an extreme disadvantage.
Take a look. Our leaders come and go. President Xi, he has seen Obama, Trump, Biden, Trump. Right? How about Putin? I mean, these guys can play the long game, and we have to -- we're so saddled with running for reelection. Look, I love democracy. I want to vote for these guys. But what if we want them to stay there longer, or maybe it should be a six-year term? Remember, the presidents come and go, but guys like Bolton, if he didn't get caught, Bolton would be there, unelected, but still powerful. We need a guy like Trump for as long as we want him, you know? We can do that with our congressmen. We can do that with our senators. We should be able to do that with our presidents.
