GREG KELLY (HOST): We do note — the Iranians are human beings. Right? Yeah. I know they have a culture of deceit, but they are, you know, not totally different from us. And we hit them hard. We took out their leadership. Right? This is — this is a human — forget Iranians, humans are going to react to this. We pounded them hard. Right? This didn't happen. In 47 years, this did not happen. We just took it. They never expected this. People will say, well, for 47 years, they were getting ready. We sunk their navy. This battleship, you don't think they're licking their wounds? They're worried inside? They are. And the economy over there is nonexistent. Alright? So Democrats like to talk up Iran. Right? Oh, Iran has somehow won this war. That is preposterous. OK?
And the other thing, the way this was negotiated, the way we conducted ourselves, the Americans, a million times better than what John Kerry did under Barack Obama. Anybody remember the famous quote he is said to have uttered as he walked into the room with all of those negotiators, he said, I can't leave this room without a deal, John Kerry. And the Iranians were tickled with that. That was just a signal. We can get whatever — he's got to go home with a deal. We'll get whatever we want. So that's kind of interesting.
And remember, our president, in a good way, is a little bit crazy. Come on. We know he's a little bit nuts, and that's OK. In fact, it's to our advantage.
And this whole idea that he campaigned on, I'll never start a war, that's not true, especially when it came to Iran. He's been talking about this for many years.
