WILL CAIN (HOST): I'm going to ask you guys a question. If you — I don't care that — I actually saw a clip on social media. Nick Fuentes was the guy that said it. OK? So whatever you want to do with where it came from.

He said if you're going to lose a midterm, you're going to lose a midterm over one policy. And he was talking about the war in Iran. If the war in Iran is unpopular — and I think that's still, by the way, up for debate. I don't think that's clear. Now the war in Iran's effect on gas prices, more understandable as a negative effect on the midterms.

If you're going to lose a midterm for one of these two things, either ensuring Iran does not have a nuclear weapon over some period of time or deporting 10 million illegal immigrants, which is going to be probably unpopular in a general election, which one do you want to lose a midterm for? And so to your point, I'm like, be quiet now. That's fine, but that comes with the presumption that you retain the House and you can continue these policies over the final two years. Otherwise, get it done and lose. If we're going to lose, that's worth losing over.

...

GENO BISCONTE (GUEST): If I could, I'll lose on gas prices because when I pay an extra — and and again, I'm asking you guys. I heard this and you can't convince me otherwise. Yeah. Sure. Gas prices are high, but the diesel prices are what drive everything else up. Diesel prices drive up food costs, drive up energy costs, drive up everything, and the diesel prices are up because of the Ukraine. Like, literally, they had to make the Ukraine stop bombing Russian diesel refineries.

So this is my point about gas prices. When I pay an extra dollar for gas, I go, here you go. Because when I pay taxes in, of all places, New York City, OK? When I pay taxes — and you see these stories about and you in Minnesota, when you see LA where this money is going, you don't know. But when I pay a dollar, OK, to know that, you know, to know that Venezuela fell, to know that women in Iran may be able to keep their clitoris, to know these things, take the dollar.

And if people in this country are like, gas is too high, man the F up. Man the F up and realize we're doing something for the future. I want it now. Gen Zers, millennials, man up and pay that extra dollar.

...

CAIN: I'm on the other side. I'd take the — I'd take the deportations. If you're going to lose for one of these two reasons, I'd take the deportations.
