JOHN MCARDLE (HOST) Host: Annie is in the show-me state of Missouri on that line for non-MAGA Republicans. Annie, what do you think about the direction of the Republican Party?

CALLER: Well, I'm kind of upset with it. I voted for Trump because he was good the last time. He really helped the people. But this time he has presented bills like, number one, the good budget bill about taxes. A person making $50,000 is going to pay 22% of their income in taxes. He has caused the food to go up so high, and he doesn't allow for any allotments for the people that are on fixed incomes and things like this. The Social Security -- you can't even get processed in Social Security right now. Everything that I thought he stood for and the people, he has backed his family and his pocketbook ahead of us.

MCARDLE: Annie, you voted for him in 2024, correct?

CALLER: Yes, I voted for him both times.

(CROSSTALK)

MCARDLE: What did you think you would get when you voted for him in 2024 this time around?

CALLER: Well, I thought he would be for us. He'd get the prices down. He would stop some of this immigration, paying out all the money to illegals and things. But instead, he did some things, he shut the border down. But then he's had a lot of problems with the judges, I know. But a lot of times, he doesn't think about his people. He goes overseas and agrees to this with China, you know, selling our chips and stuff -- vital information they should not have. And it's like he didn't look before he jumped too many times this time. He should have sat back and reviewed things before he jumped in over his head. And that's my comment.
