Republican C-Span caller says Trump is “oblivious to the situation most Americans are facing right now.”
Caller: “I'm kind of floored by the attitude of the president a little bit -- that we have a president in this day and age with no compassion, no empathy whatsoever, and yet we still follow a guy like this.”

CALLER: I guess I'm kind of floored by the attitude of the president a little bit -- that we have a president in this day and age with no compassion, no empathy whatsoever, and yet we still follow a guy like this. So I guess at this point, I would say, please stop caring at this point. Stop telling me who my enemies are. Stop, you know, worrying about educating me so much and all that, because it's the leadership class is just doing a horrible job, no matter where you look, the left or the right. The economy is horrible. Economy is bad for the small business guy right now. I think if you're looking for a big corporation, which is basically America now, one big corporation -- isn't America, is it a corporation, by the way? I mean, that's a serious question. Is it a corporation, essentially, with debt? I'm kind of curious how that works because we're just taking on more and more and more and more debt, and yet it's like he's oblivious to the situation most Americans are facing right now.
Caller a couple callers ago talked about how he's proud that America he's building -- the White House and spending money in the White House right now. Man, I want him to start in the cities and work his way there. Forget D.C. at this point. Don't they have enough money? So America, like that last caller, kudos. Wake up. We should be billionaires. Put the power back in each family. Let's go back to that. And man, we can have great times.
