URBAN No he didn’t, Governor, no he didn’t. He didn’t.

TAPPER: He said no human being would want to live there.

URBAN: Go look at the video posted -- Go look at the videos posted that are posted by some folks about West Baltimore. These are places that people would like to leave and we can do better as Americans.
