GREG GUTFELD (HOST): They act like 60 Minutes is this, like, precious 'don't take it from me!' It's like dude, it's part of the network and it's not the institution that you thought it was. Nick, you know what I think this is about. It's about you. Some kid from nowhere, dresses sloppy, can barely grow a beard. You broke the biggest fraud story ever, and it wasn't 60 Minutes It wasn't even on their radar. If somebody had pitched that story to them, they wouldn't have done it, and so now they look like idiots. Then so CBS brings in these new people to oversee them and it's like every day is a new shot to the ego.

NICK SHIRLEY (GUEST): Exactly. It really is actually. I think that's actually why because they are starting to see their viewership - they are losing all of their viewership and now they are actually having to do stuff. Like seriously, they actually have to do stuff because like, I was just watching them with the hospice fraud, they only had to cover that because I exposed the Minnesota fraud.

GUTFELD: Right they did it after you did it.

SHIRLEY: So they knew about that for so many years I'm sure, but it doesn't make their side look good and now they are trying to have fair reporting and they are freaking out.
