Benny Johnson: “Islam is here to kill us and convert us”

BENNY JOHNSON (HOST): Christians must fight this. There are a lot of verses in the Bible about strong borders, about defending culture, about defending God's kingdom. We're not supposed to sit here with our hands tied when the federal government does immoral things.

Federal government's policy was slavery. At least it was allowed, no rule against it. Like, that's an immorality. The federal government's policy was abortion. That's immoral! We should get rid of Roe v. Wade and we fought for 60 years and we did. And there like — that is a righteous battle and Christians must engage in those. And to like just say hands off and we're not going to engage in the federal government and we're not going to engage in politics at all. We're better than that or we're just looking forward to God's kingdom. That is such a coward's way out. Your job as a Christian is to be Christ here on this Earth. How are you going to do that when there's genocides of babies or human beings enslaved.

Or when Islam is converting by the sword in your neighborhood and conquering your land. Shame on you. And shame on these generations that allowed for this to happen because I certainly never voted for this and I doubt you ever voted for this. But did anybody raise any — like I grew up in an evangelical church. Did anybody ever raise any problems about this. Like, did anybody ever ask wait why is this happening? When we were like the strong majority in the country. Did anybody stop for a second and make this an issue? I mean Trump did. Trump is the first person to do it. The first person to actually do it. Now he's been president twice.

And I think that says something about the cowardice of Christian leaders, the cowardice of conservative leaders — because, yes, we've seen this throughout history: Islam is here to kill us and convert us. And that is what it is. That is what the name of the religion is — submission.
