Outnumbered panel attacks bipartisan border deal that would avoid another government shutdown: It's “de facto open borders”

Katie Pavlich: “In terms of this deal, it's pretty garbage.”

DAVID WEBB (HOST, FOX NATION): The money being offered by the Democrats is a farce. Their latest shift is to detention beds, the goal there being that you don't have the beds. From 38,000 to 16,000 was the original proposal, because then you can neither capture and hold, or hold long enough so that you release them into the country. This is basically de facto open borders proposals by the Democrats.

...

KATIE PAVLICH (CO-HOST): In terms of this deal, it's pretty garbage. I mean, $1 billion for 55 miles of bollard fencing that still allows people to get through it. What's the point of that? There's not much of a point.
