NEWT GINGRICH: But my point here, for the audience, is broader. I believe there are people in the Justice Department who are guilty of obstruction of justice, as well as people in the Clinton operation, and I think that we may end up with independent counsel, we may end up in a variety of steps. But, it's intolerable in the United States of America to have people who are government officials who are this incestuous, this involved and have this gigantic conflict of interest. And, as you point out, when somebody's been the defense attorney, he can't be put in charge of the prosecution.
