BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): Well let's talk about Benghazi and the report that came out yesterday. Hillary Clinton feels as though she's exonerated. She wants to move on.

[BEGIN VIDEO]

HILLARY CLINTON: I understand that after more than two years and seven million dollars spent by the Benghazi Committee out of taxpayer funds, it had to today report it had found nothing.

[END VIDEO]

RUDY GIULIANI: I don't know how she comes away with that. First of all, I still don't know where the president was that night. I can't figure out why they weren't in the Situation Room. They were in the Situation Room to watch Bin Laden get captured. They weren't in the Situation Room to try to save an ambassador?

STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): He had an upcoming fundraiser.

GIULIANI: I was talking with one of my police officers this morning and I said, suppose one of my precincts has been attacked four or five times and I didn't give them extra protection. And then four people were killed there. Do you think maybe I'd get impeached? I think so, I think so. That facility had been attacked dozens of times. A big bomb had been put through the middle of it and she wouldn't give it more attention, she wouldn't give it more protection. And then when our ambassador finally gets captured, she and the president are nowhere to be found to make the right decisions about it.
