GERALDO RIVERA: The way I see this, people are attacking Hillary Clinton, politicians, for all the wrong reasons. Benghazi or emails, and all this stuff. The real substantive failure of Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state is the disassembly of the entire Middle East. She helped by benign neglect set loose some of these horrible forces that led to the creation of these apocalyptic nihilists that have territory called the caliphate from which to launch these attacks. That is squarely on the responsibility, the back of Hillary Clinton and President Obama more importantly. And she has to cop to that failing.
