STEVE DOOCY (HOST): Sure. Let's turn domestically. Let's talk about safety in the city you used to run as mayor. It looks like the city of New York is on pace, for the first year since 2010, to increase the number of murders. There's been a spike in murders. The mayor, current mayor, says it's gang related. But you talk to the cops on the beat, and they say it's because we don't have stop and frisk anymore.

RUDY GIULIANI: Well, we've talked about this for years, all during the debate over stop and frisk. And this -- unfortunately, the prediction that I made, Ray Kelly made, Mike Bloomberg made, Bernie Carrick made, I'll give you a thousand others. If you reduce the number of stop and frisks, there will be more guns on the street. What did stop and frisk do? It took guns off the street. Chicago, New York, same gun control laws. What's the difference between Chicago and New York, over 20 years? Why do we have three and a half times less murder than they do. Three and a half times less murder than Chicago. Because, going back to 1994, I authorized the police, I started stop and frisk with Bill Bratton, and we take the guns away from people. We stop you if we think you have a gun or drugs, we search you, we find a gun. We do that often enough, you don't take your gun out anymore.

BRIAN KILMEADE: Word gets out -- you better leave that gun at the border.
