STEVE DOOCY: We're all victims. 

KILMEADE: We're all victims?

ELISABETH HASSELBECK: You're not denying that there are victims.

JOHN STOSSEL: No, and there are nine in Oregon. But a safety net is a wonderful thing, but at some point it encourages victimhood. And the stuff of life is pushing through your problems and rising above it.
