STEVE DEACE (HOST): My first initial thought was don't you shoot people that are trying to -- don't you shoot mobs that are trying to invade your country illegally? I mean, isn't that kind of, like, the standard operating practice, is to defend your homeland? But then you ask yourself, if they had done so, can you even imagine what the news would have been like for the last 72 hours?
TODD ERZEN (CO-HOST): Yeah. Because of legislators -- where was he from? Texas? The explanation?
DEACE: Yeah. Dave Phelan, the speaker there they're trying to get rid of? Yeah. Yeah. I'm getting to him. I'm getting to him. Yeah.
ERZEN: OK.
DEACE: Yeah. So again, if we're at a point now we can't -- when a mob insurrection invades the country, that the idea of shooting them to stop their invasion, we all just are, like, well, you know, people lose their minds if we do that, I don't know how to share a country with that.
