Limbaugh says Sen. Byrd voted “from a stretcher, practically” and claims Sen. Johnson “hasn't recovered from his stroke”

While listing senators who were appointed to their seats and who also voted to begin debate on the health care reform bill, Limbaugh mentions “that senator who replaced Ted Stevens [Mark Begich (D-AK)]” and Al Franken (D-MN) -- both of whom were elected.
