MARK LEVIN (HOST): We have a problem, another problem in this country, and it's the corrupt Democrat Party judges at the federal, state and local level. Tanya Chutkan has violated the Bill of Rights, the First Amendment, the Fifth Amendment, and the Sixth Amendment as applies to Donald Trump. His right to free speech? Let me ask you a question. Free speech is one thing, but when you're a defendant against big federal government and a big prosecutor with all the resources he wants in a Democrat-controlled city, and there's leak after leak after leak after leak coming from that government to their favorite newspaper, that's the time the First Amendment matters. So a defendant who's facing life in prison can speak out.
And yes, he can call the prosecutor a bastard if he wants. He can call a witness a bastard if he wants. He can call the judge whatever he wants to call the judge. And for this Judge Chutkan to say, wow, he's threatening, he's threatening -- guess what? That same logic would apply to newspapers in this country.
And when you go back to the text of the First Amendment, there's no distinction between a so-called free press and an individual. Free speech is free speech. Are we gonna start throwing newspaper editors in prison because they print things that, oh, they might be violent? This judge should not have a robe. She should not have a courtroom. She's an Obama hack. Everybody sees it. And this Department of Justice is so thoroughly corrupt, it's so thoroughly Stalinist, which is why they picked somebody from the Hague, which is why they picked somebody who's abused the law before and was slapped down by the US Supreme Court. That's who they picked.
